Yes, you can track your claim. After completing your onlineform, you will receive an automated unique claim number, which confirms your lodgement.
IMPORTANT: Do not delete the confirmation email.
Within 24 hours you will receive an automated email confirming the success of your claim. This confirmation includes important information on the claim process as well as your Unique ID Number for tracking purposes.

For High Wall Air-Conditioners, the model and serial number for the indoor unitcan be found at the bottom section of the unit.
For Ducted Air-Conditioners, the model and serial numbers can be found on the control box of the unit.Your Installer must supply you the model and serial number before installation.
Once your claim is verified and approved, your Qantas Holiday eVoucher will be sent to your email address within 2 weeks. Please contact Qantas Holidays at 1300 858 874 to use your eVoucher, you CAN’T redeem your eVoucher online. The value of your eVoucher must be wholly redeemed in one transaction.
